Removing juveniles from adult correctional facilities, and adding programs that will rehabilitate and lower re-entry percentages is a top priority of The Lilly Foundation. We have put together a mentorship program that goes inside of the juvenile detention centers and provide education and trade training that gives hope outside of the institution.
