ISL is our Independent Successful Living program. This program is an intense 6-month mentorship program followed by a 2 year after care program to ensure the success of each youth to not enter back into violence and homelessness. Our program educates, empowers and provides accountability along the way. The Lilly Foundation wants to stop the revolving door of youth violence, truancy, and homelessness.
