Janese Williams
Communications and Resources Direction
Janese B. Williams is a teacher and disciplier in the body of Christ. She is also a Qualified Mental Health Professional and a Social Worker grad student. She has defied the statistical norms of a teen mom and child of substance-addicted family members. Janese has climbed out of poverty, social and economic disenfranchisement, low self-worth, and low esteem to earn a bachelor's degree, found Reborn From Ashes Ministries; a discipleship ministry, and wrote the self-published book, Your Relationship With You and the prayer journal, Like David's Prayers: Transparent and Vulnerable Prayers From a Fallen Woman Chasing after God's Heart. Janese has the heart of a servant and believes that one meaningful interaction with a young person could change the trajectory of their life for the rest of their life. She's a product of such interactions.

Patricia Rhodes
Chief Operating Officer
Patricia Rhodes understands what it means to be of service to others. Especially those that are considered the underserved. Whether they are adult women living with substance use disorders and addiction, or youth and young adults needing some direction to navigate this sometimes difficult journey called life. After graduating high school, attending college, and more than 30 years in Corporate America, she realized that there has to be a greater purpose. That’s when God revealed to her that the Ministry of Service is where her heart lied. “We get the greatest fulfillment when we seek to serve others and do what we can to impact another person for the better”. “It is my endeavor to inspire others through my faith, hope, and love. Knowing that the greatest of these is LOVE.
